OPC has two Conveyor Ovens in state of the art brand new facilities built in October 2016.
The sizes of the ovens are as follows:
- 18m (L) x 1.1m (W) x 2.1 (H)
- 20 m (L) x 1.2m (W) x 2.5 (H)
The oven temperature is set to 200 degrees Celsius to ensure that all materials are cured correctly.
Six Stage Pre-Treatment for Aluminium with the capability of treating material 8.2m (L) x 1.0m (W) and 2.4m (H).
Fully Enclosed Spray Booths.
Standard Turnaround Time: 48 – 72 hours.
Colours available from Dulux Powders and Interpon (Akzo Nobel). Refer to below links to view powders. Please note that a large selection of these powders are available and in stock. Some powders however are not “standard” to OPC and will attract a powder surcharge. Please contact OPC to discuss further.
